Changewell Consulting is run by a professional management team, which leaves our consultants free to focus on delivering for clients and generating new business. We are a dispersed UK wide firm, with tight connections between our consultants and a strong sense of identity which keeps Changewell operating at a high level.

When Merlin Floate founded Changewell in 2018 he set out to create a new type of consultancy firm which would disrupt the industry and bring about great change. Merlin continues to manage key projects and focuses on business development and other drivers of growth.Steve Cole joined the management team to bolster the commercial and transformation offering for Changewell’s clients. Together with his client delivery responsibilities, he supports the management of Changewell programmes, providing programme assurance as well as a finance and governance role within Changewell itself.
